The Sivas Regional Directorate of Foundations, in accordance with the '1001 charitable deeds' condition and the terms of the Rukiye Hatun Binti Ömer Foundation, established in Istanbul in 1846, replaced the carpets of the Sivas Central Kale Mosque. The damaged carpets were replaced with new ones, giving the mosque a cleaner and more comfortable appearance.
