SIU Wins R2. 4 Million Recovery From Construction Company in Mpumalanga PPE Case

The Special Tribunal ruled the contract unlawful as Nozihle Construction lacked licensing to supply medical devices, recovering R2.4 million for the Mpumalanga Department of Health, the SIU said.

The Special Investigating Unit (SIU), continuing its clampdown on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) corruption deals, secured a court order to recover R2.4 million from Nozihle Construction and Projects CC.
