13.08.2025 – Sirius Real Estate Ltd., a leading operator of innovative commercial parks with over 70 locations in Germany, has acquired a light industrial commercial park in Dresden as part of an off-market transaction. In the immediate vicinity, MicroPolis Business Park Dresden has been in the Sirius Group's portfolio for many years. The acquisition was made at an attractive EPRA net initial return of 9.1 percent.
