In the wake of the presidential election of August 2024, persecution in Venezuela had muzzled the words of the inhabitants. The public debate was then largely reduced and intellectuals, specialists or ordinary citizens had deserted social networks. But since the American military intervention of 3 January, Venezuelans feel a " pseudo-freedom" and many regain their digital habits.
