Silver Alert activated to locate missing octogenarian in Carolina

Puerto Rico Police Commissioner Joseph González has ordered the activation of a Silver Alert to request public assistance in the search for Virginio Negrón Carrasquillo, an 85-year-old man who has been missing since Tuesday morning.

The NMEAD is conducting the second day of an operation today since Virginio Negrón Carrasquillo was reported missing by his wife.
