A Silver Alert was activated for an at-risk 56-year-old man last seen in El Monte before sunrise Monday. Camilo Lujan was last seen at approximately 4 a.m. Monday near Broadmead Street and Durfee Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
