Silchar’s Rajeshori Dey designed the saree worn by President Murmu at VP C P Radhakrishnan’s swearing-in ceremony. She is Associate Textile Designer at Jharcraft, Ranchi. She was a student of Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Silchar and later graduating from GC College.
