The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Rabat on 21 April 2025 with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), a major academic institution in the human and social sciences in China. The signing was carried out by Mr. Karim El Aynaoui, Executive President of the PCNS, and Mr. Xiang GAO, Chairman of the CASS, in the presence of an official Chinese delegation and members of the PCNS leadership team.
