The trade unions CCOO and UGT and the Provincial Association of Hospitallers and Tourism of Albacete (APEHT) have signed the new collective agreement on hospitality, in force from 2026 to 2028. The agreement provides for a salary increase of more than 9% in three years. It also improves holidays, weekend breaks, leave and temporary incapacity.
