Last Friday, the football teams at the Kentucky schools for military families were forced to cancel their games because of the government shutdown.

The federal government shutdown has stretched into another week, forcing Fort Campbell High School to continue its pause on athletics and postponing the Falcons’ home matchup against Trigg County until Oct. 30.
