Should the City Council of Villa de Álvarez cancel the remainder of the Charrotaurino Festivals?

Many voices have spoken through social networks and various media about the possibility of cancelling the remaining activities of the Charrotarino Festivals in Villa de Álvarez, following the violent events at the parade on February 14, in which one person lost his life and 14 more were injured by gunfire.
