To reduce the number of victims of special frauds using scams where perpetrators pose as police officers, the Nakano Crime Prevention Association (Nakano Ward, Tokyo) and the Metropolitan Police Department's Nakano Police Station are working with the Nakano Sun Mall shopping arcade at the north exit of JR Nakano Station to display warning illustrations by local entertainer Shoko Nakagawa at the arcade.
