NEWTON FALLS — Shirley L. Dittman, 83, passed away peacefully into eternal rest, Friday, April 25, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. She was born April 10, 1943, in Warren, the daughter of the late Walter E. Shafer and Imogene L. Wilson Shafer.
