Shirley Hollier Verrette, 91, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. She was born on May 29, 1935 to Oscar and Louise Hollier, and was raised with her four brothers, Louis, Frank, George, and Jack. After graduating from Mamou High School, she attended USL for a couple of years before marrying her husband, Harold Verrette.
