Shimla Police has taken major action under the "Zero Tolerance" campaign being run against drugs. Police have arrested four people, including a young woman, in two separate cases in Rohru and Theog. In Rohru, three accused were caught with more than 20 grams of chitta, while in Theog, a young man was found with 7 grams of it.
