Pulaski, N.Y. — A man who prompted a shelter-in-place order after fleeing from a domestic dispute in Pulaski early Wednesday has been located, according to State Police.The incident on Port Street in the village involved a dispute between a father and son, said Trooper Jennifer Jiron, a spokesperson for the State Police.
