Shell to decide on individual factories in Moerdijk in coming years
Shell Nederland will be looking in the coming years to see whether certain factories still have a future at the Moerdijk chemical complex. The oil and gas company is not currently considering closing the entire chemical park, said Frans Everts, president and CEO of Shell Nederland on the radio programme Sven op 1. Shell recently announced at an investors' day that it would be exploring strategic options for its chemical activities in Europe.
