MEMPHIS, Tenn.-- An inmate has died at the Shelby County Jail located at 201 Poplar, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) are trying to figure out what happened. 33-year-old, Rockez McDaniel, is said to be the inmate that was pronounced dead on Monday.
