Caroline Harvey Finds Balance Between Life and Hockey While Being Projected No. 1 Pick in PWHL Draft
The Olympic MVP and Patty Kazmaier winner is expected to go first after leading Wisconsin to a national title and 2.14 points per game.
Hockey player Caroline Harvey is already one of the most accomplished players in women's hockey. She is widely considered a top prospect, having matured into a dominant athlete in recent years.
Her development began with individual sessions in North Andover, Massachusetts, where her father rented rink time. Gaining confidence over four years, Wroblewski has watched Harvey grow into an assertive player and person.
During her collegiate career, the 23-year-old completed 147 games with 201 points. She won a third NCAA title in her senior season and was named the college hockey MVP.
Internationally, Harvey became the Olympic MVP while winning gold for the USA at the Milan Cortina Games in Feb. She previously made her Olympic debut at the 2022 Beijing Games.
"She is the most beautiful, fastest skater I ve ever seen," said PWHL veteran Hayley Scamurra. She believes Harvey will be chosen first and anticipates success for her in the pro league.
