On the afternoon of October 20, Zhang Fengying, a citizen of Zibo, Shandong Province, and her husband Hu Zhengqiu were beaten and kidnapped at a hotel in Shazikou, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The two were later taken away separately. It is known that Hu Zhengqiu has been detained, while Zhang Fengying was brutally beaten by her kidnappers and abandoned in a small shop in Zhangjiadian, Zibo City.
