Shaker Historical Museum moves to the November ballot with proposed 0.3-mill tax levy

SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio -- City Council has authorized a “resolution to proceed” with the placement of 0.3-mill property tax levy on the Nov. 4 ballot for the Shaker Historical Museum.The official go-ahead came with a 6-1 vote at council’s May 27 regular meeting, after the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer certified a "resolution of necessity" passed earlier by the same margin.
