State Cited Hopewell for Inoperable Equipment Months Before Massive Sewage Spill Into James River

ESCAMBIA BAY, FLORIDA, JUL 14 – More than 1,000 gallons of sewage spilled last Saturday despite ECUA's $1.5 million upgrade started two years after spills began in 2022, residents and officials say.
