South Africa: Schools Shut and Floods Hit As Severe Storms Lash Two Provinces

Severe weather causes mudslides and floods in Western Cape

The Western and Eastern Cape have been rocked by mudslides, rockfalls, road closures, electricity outages and flooding. Schools in the two provinces were closed this week, as storms battered communities.
