A water main break is affecting water pressure in several Hanover neighborhoods as of 5 p.m. Monday, according to a county spokesperson.The water main break affected water pressure in several neighborhoods including Ashcreek, Foxhead, Milestone and Kings Charter, though by 7 p.m. most of the affected homes had water restored.Crews expect water to be fully restored by Tuesday morning.
