Service: Prohibition on using cheaper parking without a driving license is discrimination

The fact that car owners who do not have a driving license in Vilnius cannot obtain a preferential permit to park their vehicle in a paid zone near their home may be viewed as discrimination, says the Equal Opportunities Ombudsman's Office.
