The Colorado Bureau of Investigation and Grand County Sheriff’s Office are actively searching for missing 83-year-old Dexter Writer, who was last seen on May 27 at 1:50 p.m. Writer is believed to be driving a Blue 2005 Subaru Legacy bearing the Colorado license plate numbered 177MGZ.
