Senate Finance staffer Newell promoted to chief trade counsel

Senate Finance Committee staffer Molly Newell has been promoted to chief international trade counsel, panel chair Mike Crapo (R-ID) announced on Thursday. Crapo announced her promotion and named a deputy trade counsel, Brian Bombassaro, in a statement.
