The state of Texas has been rocked by dozens of earthquakes on the last day, that is, in a period of less than 24 hours. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) reported that the last of these earthquakes occurred just north of Odessa, Texas, at 8:14 a.m., local time. Just 15 minutes earlier, a 3.5 magnitude tremor hit about 50 kilometers east of Odessa; and in fact, one of the earthquakes exceeded 3 magnitude.
