Prison attacks: 65 recorded incidents, 125 investigators mobilized... Retailleau promises "rapid results"

The government moves after another night of tension in front of some prisons. In Isère, three people were checked that night in the vicinity of a prison with a petrol jerrican in their vehicle.

During the night of Monday to Tuesday, individuals were interpelled "near a prison with jerricans of gasoline" in Isère, according to the Minister of Justice.

Several people were questioned with petrol jerricans, not far from a penitentiary establishment in Isere, on the night of Monday to Tuesday.

Some 65 acts have been committed since 13 April around prisons and their agents, mobilising 125 investigators, said interior minister Bruno Retailleau this Wednesday.
