CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) - It's about to be a smoother ride for drivers on Shields Road in Canfield. On Friday, a fresh coat of asphalt is going down. It marks the beginning of Mahoning County's road paving project. The repaving is between Raccoon and Tippecanoe roads.
