Cook County residents passed a $6.65 million school bond referendum that also unlocked a $5 million grant from the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board to help fund improvements to the district arts center, outdoor learning facilities,, and multiple physical education space-including a new track and synthetic surface.
