“No tax increase bond issues” are my new favorite government sales pitch. School districts are all in on this rage. It basically just means that the districts can borrow money without currently raising the tax levy, but the “improvements” remain a new expense and cost to the districts that eventually have to be paid and most likely extends debt, in times of higher debt costs, but who’s to question anything “for the kids.” Just spit balling “agai…
