The South Carolina Department of Transportation announced temporary closures on part of SC 9 in Horry County. A portion of SC 9 northbound over US 17 will be closed nearly every night from 7pm-7am starting on Oct.  12. The closures will last from Sunday through Thursday until the end of the month.
