NEW PHILADELPHIA – A Newcomerstown area woman was frauded out of nearly $20,000 this week. Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Captain Adam Fisher says the investigation is ongoing, but it appears someone pretending to be from the Geek Squad emailed the woman.
