An opponent of the Lyon-Turin railway project was summoned before the correctional court of Albertville, Savoie. Suspended for "obstacle to traffic", after blocking toupies working on the construction site, Philippe Delhomme was released on Monday 10 February. On the spot, almost 150 people had come to support him.

Activist Philippe Delhomme, a member of the association "Livre et Agir en Maurienne", opposed Lyon-Turin, appeared this Monday at 8:45 a.m. in the correctional court of Albertville.
