The Ottawa Police Service on Wednesday issued a call for public assistance in locating a 55-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday morning in the 6300 block of Russell Road in the city's east end.

The 55-year-old resident of Koniemłoty in the Staszów commune (Świętokrzyskie Province) had been missing for almost two weeks. Last Tuesday, his son found the missing man's body, which was lying several dozen meters from the railway tracks - reports the local "Tygodnik Nadwiślański". The body was secured for an autopsy, which will show the cause of death.
