Saugerties Mum Festival marks 60 years at Seamon Park

SAUGERTIES, N.Y. — Clear skies and warm weather greeted visitors to the Mum Festival at Seamon Park in the village on Sunday afternoon. The festival was first established in 1965 by the Rotary Club to bring more of the community to the park, which was deeded to the village in 1909 by John Seamon.
