Through Regulation 150/2026, the Secretariat of State for Mining unified the criteria for notification, classification and investigation of events in the fields for natural persons, legal entities, contractors and subcontractors. The Government of the Province of Santa Cruz, through the State Secretariat for Mining of the Ministry of Energy and Mining, approved the new Protocol for the Management of Mining Security Incidents.
