Sanofi plans to sell Medley for US$ 1 billion

Sanofi, a French multinational in the pharmaceutical sector, is about to sell its Brazilian generics subsidiary, Medley. The company hired Lazard's financial advisor to conduct the negotiation. Discussions with potential buyers should begin in the first quarter of 2025, according to the newspaper Valor Econômico.
