Tung: For the last few years, only tractor licenses have been issued by the Sub-Regional Transport Officer (RTO) department in Maharashtra. In other states, a combined license for both tractors and trolleys is issued. About 10 years ago, a combined license was issued to a tractor and trolley driver transporting sugarcane.
