Sands’ late goal pushes Northern Valley past Wayne - Boys ice hockey recap

Coten Lathrop recorded two goals and two assists and Lucas Sands netted a late go-ahead goal to push Northern Valley to a 5-4 win over Wayne, at the Ice Vault in Wayne. Lathrop netted a game-tying goal off a power play with 6:25 left in the game, and Sands scored the go-ahead goal off a power play off four minutes later. Lathrop and William Park assisted on the game-winner.
