San Rafael woman who killed mother ordered to state hospital

A judge has ordered a San Rafael woman who killed her mother to be confined at a state hospital indefinitely. Tonantzyn Oris Beltran, 30, went on trial last fall in Marin County Superior Court for fatally stabbing Olivia Beltran. Last month a jury found her not guilty by reason of insanity.
