San Rafael school district to put surplus property on market

San Rafael City Schools plans to sell a surplus property on the open market now that 18 months of a priority nonprofit bidding process did not result in a deal. The district trustees voted unanimously on Monday in favor of placing the 9.76-acre MacPhail property up for sale in a competitive bid process open to the general public.
