SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A woman from San Angelo has been indicted for a charge of sexual indecency of a minor. Yahel Fickle was arrested for the charge on August 19, and her second-degree felony charge was brought-up to a first-degree because of prior arrests and convictions.
