SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo police officers swarmed the 1000 blocks of North Monroe and North Jackson streets following reports of gunfire around 11 p.m. Friday. The first shooting was reported on the 1000 block of North Monroe, with a second call coming in minutes later from the 1000 block of North Jackson.
