After the acquisitions of JBL and Arcam in 2016, the South Korean manufacturer has just acquired Masimo's audio division for $350 million. It is the head of one of the largest portfolios in the mainstream audio industry.

After 2022 the audio brands Bowers & Wilkins, Denon and Marantz will be sold again. Masimo has announced that the companies will be acquired by Harman by the end of 2025.

Samsung continues to expand its already large audio empire. Through its subsidiary Harman, it has now entered into an agreement to acquire Masimo's audio division for $350 million, the company announced in a press release. That's just over 3.6 billion Norwegian kroner.
