Greece’s Coast Guard said it had rescued 28 migrants on a beach on the island of Samos, in the eastern Aegean, on Tuesday, while the search was ongoing for more people who were possibly on the same boat.
The port authorities are in full swing in the sea and land area north of Samos, after the detection of 28 immigrants on Petalioi beach.
