CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) —  The Salvation Army’s Social Services are being forced to temporarily relocate due to flooding issues. The social services office, located at 800 McCallie Avenue, was forced to close after the significant rainfall on May 2, 2025, caused a sewer backup.
