Salvadoran mother dies run over in Hyattsville by vehicle fleeing police

The victim, Esmeralda Montoya, 32 years old, apparently was going to take the bus to return home when she was run over. The prosecution reported that the driver was travelling at speed when the woman was hit. Hyattsville police indicated that everything started with an attempt to stop traffic.
