The City of Salisbury is one step closer to achieving its Carroll Street revamp project with the completion of road resurfacing.

SALISBURY, Md. – Resurfacing work on Carroll Street in Salisbury is complete. The roadway is being redesigned to reduce the previous large bicycle lanes, with city officials stating that they want to improve efficiency and safety for drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians alike.
